An opportunity to work for a leading property company on a new Build-to-Rent development in North London. The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for supporting the lettings team, tenancy progression and providing excellent customer service to residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leasing team to ensure smooth move in and customer Journey while maintaining compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, viewings, and resident information.
- Coordinate and track the leasing process from referencing through to move-in.
- Prepare tenancy documentation, contracts, and resident communications.
- Support the completion of referencing, right-to-rent checks, and compliance documentation.
- Support with ensuring all compliance documents are in CRM prior to lease being sent out.
- Assist with renewals/ allocating notices and coordinating Rental reviews and sending documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM and property management system records.
- Assist with preparing reports on leasing activity, occupancy levels, and conversion rates.
- Process renewal paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service to residents at all times
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and prospect queries.
- Support the delivery of a positive resident onboarding experience.
- Assist with apartment availability tracking and Competitor reviews.
- Ensure lettings legal compliances are followed.
