NJob Summary for Department: Forklift Driver

Essential Job Functions:
Accurately load trucks
Basic problem solving
Maintain 5S standards in the Shipping area
Locate pallets to the correct storage locations
Work the LTL lines and EAP lines
Other duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor
Driving is not limited to Shipping

Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic Math Skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience using computers
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate towards a common goal
Ability to work independently and stay on task without frequent supervision
Must be able to work occasional overtime and weekends, have good attendance and flex to changes in shift start times.

Typical Working Conditions:
Associates will work around equipment, such and conveyors and and shrink wrap machines. Other exposures found in a distribution center such as high level of noise and dust may exist for this position.

Physical Demands: Lift up to 50-75 lbs occasionally
