Production Machine Operator

We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our HVAC manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production machinery in a discrete manufacturing environment. Experience in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment used in the fabrication and assembly of HVAC components.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
• Assemble metal and mechanical components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Safely move materials and finished goods using forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with additional production, fabrication, and assembly tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or discrete manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a low-volume, high-mix production environment preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or production documents.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
