About the role: 

An experienced Tech BA who can quickly integrate into the project and deliver immediate value.

The role will initially focus on technical business analysis activities before transitioning into business systems administration responsibilities within the scope of the position.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead technical analysis of system integrations, including APIs, events, and data exchange mechanisms
• Document current-state interfaces, user management processes, and identify integration dependencies and constraints
• Contribute to the design of integration architecture, including real-time, batch, API, event-driven, and file-based patterns
• Support vendor onboarding by defining integration requirements, error handling, reconciliation, and audit capabilities
• Develop a strong understanding of the vendor platform, system workflows, and business functionality
• Assist with system configuration, including user roles, security profiles, APIs, and data transfer processes
• Support integration and system testing (SIT/UAT), including validation of transactions, defect analysis, and issue resolution
• Administer business systems post-implementation, including configuration, workflows, pricing schedules, and master data
• Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and periodic security reviews
• Provide operational support, acting as the key liaison with vendors and coordinating incident resolution
• Monitor system integrations and investigate failures, ensuring data integrity and process continuity
• Support reporting, reconciliation, and data validation activities to maintain high data quality standards
• Coordinate system releases, upgrades, regression testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Administrator in complex environments
• Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, data flows, and interface design
• Experience working across full project lifecycles, from pre-implementation analysis through to post-go-live support
• Familiarity with system configuration, user access management, and workflow administration
• Demonstrated experience supporting SIT and UAT, including defect management and validation processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions
• Experience working with vendors and managing third-party relationships
• Understanding of data governance, reconciliation processes, and reporting validation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
