Working as part of the Talent & Learning team in supporting the needs of our US employees. Work involves heavy program and project management across multiple learning programs.
Role and responsibilities:
Support talent management process activities.
Ability to lead program management of leadership programs (communications, project management, communications, follow-up on attendance issues, evaluation, reporting.
Support learning Shared Services partner team in scheduling, materials prepation, learning logistics. This may include ensuring learning environment is prepared (rosters, attendance, materials, speakers, facility setup, food).
Lead nomination process for multiple leader/manager programs.
Support implementation of new programs. Report and present on program evaluation.
Support other ongoing project and process work that may need project management or coordination assistance.
Other talent and learning associated duties as assigned.
Experience owning projects not just being a contrbutior
Education and experience:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or Learning discipline.
5-10 years experience in program/project management in corporate environment. Ideally with a focus on learning programs.
Skills
Strong program/project management.
Strong written and verbal communications.
Problem solving.
Ability to identify areas that need focus or improvement.
Coordination with other teams to fulfil training logistics needs.
Summarize and report on learner evaluations and faculty feedback.
Facilitation experience beneficial but not required.
Work collaboratively with a number of stakehodlers, partners as well as independently.
Strong in all microsoft products (PPT, Excel, Word) Familiarity with MS-Teams environment.
