Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing support
  • Ensure timely and accurate AP operations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and controls
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors across different markets
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit preparation
  • Support finance process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
  • Participate in finance system enhancement, implementation, testing, and user acceptance projects
  • Assist in developing and enhancing reporting dashboards using Power BI, Quickbase, and other finance tools
  • Collaborate with regional teams on data validation, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within multinational organizations
  • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and general accounting functions
  • Experience with ERP systems and finance process improvement initiatives is advantageous
  • Exposure to system implementation, UAT, workflow enhancement, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Quickbase, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms would be a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English and Chinese
