Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team.

Job Description

As Customer Success Manager, you'll own the complete customer journey from contract handover through onboarding, implementation and long-term account success. This Customer Success Manager role is focused on creating an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every implementation runs smoothly while building lasting customer relationships.

The Customer Success Manager will coordinate customer onboarding, deliver training, manage operational readiness and act as the main escalation point for customer issues. Working closely with Sales, Product, Installation, Service and Support teams, you'll ensure seamless communication throughout every stage of the customer lifecycle.

You'll also maintain key customer documentation, monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities to improve adoption and retention, and drive continuous improvement across customer processes. This Customer Success Manager position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced technology environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience managing customer onboarding or implementation projects
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
• Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset
