Situated in prime commercial and shopping hubs, their properties seamlessly blend international service standards with dynamic commercial strategies to cater to modern corporate, MICE, and international leisure travelers.
Key Responsibilities

Prime Location Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations across 481 rooms and suites, executive services, health club facilities, and high-performing F&B outlets in Causeway Bay.

MICE & Financial Performance: Drive RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and GOP margins while maximizing revenue from extensive grand ballrooms and conference facilities.

Owner Relations & Strategic Planning: Formulate annual operational budgets, manage long-term capital expenditure plans, and deliver regular performance reports to ownership and the board.

Guest Experience & F&B Innovation: Champion continuous elevation of the guest journey, executive club lounge offerings, and food & beverage concepts tailored to global business and leisure travelers.

Talent Development & Culture: Mentor and lead a diverse workforce, establishing robust succession pipelines and fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence across department heads.

Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure total compliance with Hong Kong statutory regulations, environmental health standards, and safety policies.
Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years as a General Manager or Resident/Hotel Manager within a large-scale, upscale business or full-service commercial hotel.

International Track Record: Proven background managing properties in dynamic international gateway cities or major financial centers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, or North America.

Language Skills: Native or native-level English fluency (spoken and written) is required; professional proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy, revenue management expertise, corporate/MICE sales awareness, and hands-on owner-relations experience.

Location & Mobility: Currently based in Hong Kong or fully open to relocating to Hong Kong (comprehensive international relocation package provided).
