About The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting people, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
This is an in-office position.
Job Description Key Responsibilities include:
Managing catering requests
Facilitate employee recognition program (vouchers, gift cards, etc)
Manage the stationery inventory and place orders as required
Answer the phone calls, redirect calls and take messages when required
Assist with reception coverage when required
Provide office tour to new employees
Assist with Client record management
Process electronic lodgements
Generate documents by following company standards
Maintain the staff hub
