A well-established property management organisation with more than 40 years of experience across Sydney is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join its growing team based in Liverpool, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, managing a diverse portfolio, and delivering exceptional strata management services.
Work Type: Permanent Full Time
Hybrid: 1-2 days work from home per week
The Opportunity You will manage a portfolio of approximately 50-80 buildings (700-900 lots), depending on your experience level, while providing high-quality service to owners corporations, committees, residents, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate AGM's, EGM's and committee meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting notices, agendas and minutes
- Manage relationships with committee members, owners corporations and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders from initiation through to completion
- Oversee invoice approvals and related administration
- Prioritise urgent matters and resolve strata-related issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation and regulations
- Deliver proactive portfolio management and client service
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager
- Current Strata Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- Experience using Strata Master or similar strata management software
- Sound knowledge of NSW Strata Act and Regulations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
