We are seeking an experienced School Director to lead the Perth campus through its next phase of growth and operational excellence. This is a senior leadership position with full accountability for the performance of the school across student experience, people leadership, operations, compliance, and financial outcomes.
This role is best suited to a commercially minded leader who can run a school as a business—balancing people, performance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role
As School Director, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the school’s success, including:
- Leading the overall operation and performance of the Perth campus
- Creating an exceptional student experience from arrival to departure
- Building, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Driving accountability, ownership and operational excellence
- Overseeing accommodation, student welfare, and support services
- Managing budgets, resources, and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Partnering with global stakeholders to support sustainable growth
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused culture
About You
You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in customer-focused environments and enjoys taking ownership of results.
You will bring:
- Proven experience leading a business unit or customer-facing operation
- Strong people leadership and team development capability
- Solid financial acumen, including budget ownership
- A hands-on leadership style with high visibility across operations
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A track record of driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Highly regarded experience:
- Hospitality or hotel management
- Education or international student services
- Student accommodation or residential operations
- Tourism, travel, or service-based industries
- General management across multi-functional teams
What Success Looks Like Within your first 6–12 months, you will have:
- Improved student satisfaction and overall customer experience
- Increased team engagement, accountability, and performance
- Strengthened operational planning and execution, particularly during peak periods
- Greater consistency across academics, student services, and accommodation

Working Environment
- Full-time, Monday to Friday role based onsite in Perth CBD
- Standard business hours with some flexibility (e.g. 8–4, 9–5, 10–6)
- Occasional flexibility required for events, international meetings, and training
- Limited work-from-home options (primarily onsite leadership role)
- International travel required approximately twice per year
