Nesco Resource is hiring for a Production Position in Lewisburg, TN, $16.00 hour, 1st shift.

Position Summary

The role involves preparing and assembling meals on a fast-paced food production line. Responsibilities include placing ingredients into meal trays, ensuring consistency in portioning, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Team members will be trained in proper food handling procedures and are expected to contribute to an efficient and organized production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble meals on a production line by placing and portioning ingredients into trays
• Perform repetitive tasks such as scooping, sorting, and arranging food items quickly and accurately
• Maintain consistency in portion sizes and presentation to meet company standards
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations between production runs
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors
• Assist with general production tasks as needed
