Service Delivery Lead, Hyperscale Data Centres
Location: Melbourne
Salary: $150k - $180k + super

Overview
MCR are working with a newly created data centre developer who are currently building their first data centre in Melbourne, with further plans to develop sites across the APAC and South Asia regions.

In this newly created position, you'll be an early employee in this exciting business, and you will be tasked with leading the end-to-end relationship with hyperscale data centre customers initially in Australia but then across the region.

You'll work closely with all internal stakeholders, initially focused on construction but down the line including all operational, real estate and facilities team. 

Due to the nature of this role, we are flexible over the background of this person but an ideal profile might look something like this:

Key Requirements 
- 5 years data centre experience
- Solid construction experience, particularly around large scale fit outs
- Strong appreciation of electrical and comms
- Ability to lead and develop customer relationships
- Strong appreciation for governance, process documentation
- Exceptional organisational skills
