Regional Key Account Manager

Our client is looking to hire a Regional Key Account Manager to manage their strategic datacenter accounts while driving new business opportunities across APAC.

A customer facing role, this is perfect for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, coupled with a good understanding of datacenter cooling solutions such as HVAC.

What you will do:

• You will manage strategic accounts within the datacenter, mission-critical or HVAC industry.
• You will need to be comfortable developing new business while nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Good technical understanding of datacenter cooling and mechanical systems to be able to discuss solutions confidently with customers and engineering teams

What you will need:

• Around 5+ years of relevant experience in key account management, technical sales, application engineering, or solution consulting within the datacentre or mission-critical sector.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different cultures and functions.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regional markets is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fluent English is essential. Additional Asian languages, would be advantageous.
