Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing recruitment logistics, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience supporting recruiting operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Workday and Paradox is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and offer logistics
- Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage recruitment logistics to support a smooth hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and manage recruitment reports and trackers
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to proactively identify vacancies and reduce time-to-fill
- Assist with requisition management, hiring events, and seasonal recruitment initiatives
- Coordinate job fairs and recruiting outreach events
- Support offer generation, position confirmations, and recruitment-related administrative tasks
- Assist with Talent Acquisition budget tracking and invoice reconciliation as needed
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems required; Workday and Paradox experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
