Compensation

• Starting Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
• Pay is negotiable based on experience (DOE).

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team in Elyria, OH. In this role, you will assemble products using small components to fulfill customer orders. The ideal candidate has good manual dexterity, follows instructions well, and is capable of working independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using small parts according to work instructions and specifications.
• Fill customer orders by accurately completing assembly tasks.
• Follow written and verbal directions to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect assembled products for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for measuring and assembling components.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on the work assignment.
• Good vision and attention to detail for handling and assembling small components.
