You'll work closely with an experienced Lawyer on sophisticated commercial and corporate transactions, advising a diverse range of SMEs, family businesses, developers and private clients.

The Opportunity
You'll lead and manage a broad range of commercial matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder agreements and governance
• Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
• Commercial contracts and negotiations
• Business structuring and regulatory advice
• Property and commercial transactions

This role offers significant client contact, responsibility from day one and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to longstanding clients.

About You
You'll ideally have:

• 3-10 years PAE in commercial law
• Strong transactional and corporate advisory experience
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Confidence managing client relationships independently
• A practical, commercial approach to problem solving
• A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
