Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting business systems and technology initiatives
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM/service platforms
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration and business analysis expertise
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with decision-making skills
  • Experience working within Agile environments utilizing Jira
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and work independently

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Case Management, workflows, reporting, and automation
  • Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements, automation, and process improvements
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for business analysis productivity
  • Coding or scripting knowledge related to Salesforce data tools
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or related certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution documentation

Other Requirements:

  • Hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite in San Jose, CA
  • Availability to start ASAP
  • Experience supporting fast-moving projects with multiple priorities
  • Ability to engage with Salesforce development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
