A global luxury maison is hiring a dynamic Regional Clientelling Manager to join its regional hub in Singapore.

This individual contributor role operates at regional APAC level, translating global clientelling strategy into regional playbooks, local market routines and boutique-ready clienteling practices.

Where CRM provides the segmentation, data and one-to-many activation engine, this role brings the retail art of clientelling: shaping how boutiques recruit, retain and upgrade clients through in-store experiences, client animations, gifting strategy, client advisor behaviours and high-touch relationship-building.

The role partners closely with in-market Clienteling Managers, retail leaders, store teams, marketing, operations, omnichannel, and CRM teams to embed a stronger clienteling mindset across APAC.

Candidates should bring a proven clienteling track record in luxury retail, with the ability to turn CRM data, client insight and boutique reality into sharper retail rituals, stronger client advisor behaviours and measurable commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt global clientelling direction into practical APAC market execution plans
  • Build clienteling playbooks, retail rituals, clientelling tools and boutique-ready best practices
  • Partner regional retail, store management, marketing, operations, omnichannel, CRM teams to drive client acquisition, retention and spend progression
  • Coach and enable client advisors and retail leaders on high-touch clienteling, relationship-building and clientelling discipline
  • Use client data, CRM insight, store feedback and market intelligence to identify scalable activations and growth opportunities
  • Define KPIs to measure client development performance, adoption, ROI and market impact
  • Share market needs, commercial feedback and best practices with global teams to strengthen the wider clientelling development roadmap

Key Requirements

  • More than 10 years’ experience across luxury retail, clienteling, hospitality or client experience
  • Strong understanding of high-touch luxury retail, boutique operations and client relationship-building
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, retail leaders and frontline store teams across multiple markets
  • Strong commercial judgement, with ability to convert client data and retail insight into clear field actions
  • Confident operating at both strategic and hands-on boutique execution level
  • Project management strength across regional, local and global stakeholders
