The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join a major client-side infrastructure program to support in the delivery of a diverse portfolio capital projects with long-term development initiatives.
This is an opportunity to get involved at the front end of nationally significant infrastructure projects, delivering complex civil and enabling works including roads, concrete structures, utilities and associated infrastructure that will underpin future large-scale development.
You’ll join a collaborative, delivery-focused environment where you’ll have a direct influence on project outcomes from initial scoping and commercial considerations through to quality, safety and successful delivery.
You’ll bring a practical project delivery mindset, working collaboratively with stakeholders to turn requirements into well-managed, high-quality outcomes.
About the Role:
As a client-side Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse range of projects supporting future development stages across the broader program.
You’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle, from planning, scoping and approvals through to procurement, delivery and close-out. Working within a broader program environment, you’ll coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to the required quality standards.

- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and delivery strategies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project teams, building strong relationships and keeping projects moving forward.
- Manage procurement, contracts, commercial outcomes, risks and project issues, with a focus on achieving value and quality outcomes.
- Provide strong project and safety leadership, ensuring projects are delivered collaboratively, responsibly and in line with broader program objectives.
About You:
You’re an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working collaboratively, managing multiple stakeholders and turning project requirements into successful outcomes. You’ll bring a practical approach, strong communication skills and the ability to work across a diverse range of projects and disciplines.
We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering civil, infrastructure, construction or other complex projects.
- Strong project management capability across planning, delivery, commercial management, risk and stakeholder engagement.
- The ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to quality and safety.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
