This is not a commodity or relationship-only sales position. You will be trusted to create demand, diagnose operational and commercial pain points, and lead senior stakeholders toward confident capital investment decisions.

About the Role

You will own a national sales remit focused on complex technical solution selling across industrial markets, leading opportunities from concept through to major capital commitment.

• Build and execute a national sales strategy and target market approach
• Identify and create opportunities that may not yet be defined
• Engage senior operational, engineering, commercial and executive stakeholders
• Run value-based discovery to uncover pain points, risk and ROI drivers
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals for investment
• Lead long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals through to close

Skills and Experience

• To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
• Proven success in complex solution selling or capital equipment sales
• A strong record closing high-value deals with long sales cycles
• Ability to sell outcomes, ROI and value, not price
• Hunter mindset with confidence building pipeline from scratch
• Strong commercial acumen plus excellent presentation and negotiation skills

What’s on Offer

• $200,000 to $240,000 base salary plus superannuation
• $350,000+ OTE with genuine upside for high performance
