Associate Technican

Packaging Technician –Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

M-F 1:30p-10p, $18 per hour
$1000 retention bonus - $500 at 2 weeks, $500 at 90 days

Join a growing animal pharmaceutical manufacturer as a Packaging Technician in a hands-on, team-based production role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following clear processes, and taking pride in quality work.

What You'll Do:

• Operate packaging and production equipment (start-up, basic adjustments, quality checks)
• Complete production and batch documentation accurately
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred (regulated environment a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills
• Ability to follow written procedures
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
