Internal Recruiter Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter Consultant to support hiring needs across a broad range of business functions outside of Information Technology. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, identify and engage qualified candidates, and manage the recruiting process from intake through offer.

The ideal candidate is a strong full-cycle recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously, recruiting across different functional areas, and adapting quickly to changing business priorities. This person should be a strong communicator, highly organized, and able to build credibility with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job intake through offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, establish recruiting strategies, and set expectations around the hiring process.
• Recruit across a variety of non-technical functions, which may include:
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Legal & Compliance
  • Risk
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing & Communications
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Operations
  • Customer Support / Customer Success
  • Administrative / Corporate functions
  • Strategy and other business functions
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against defined requirements and competencies.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, concise summaries of their background and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
• Manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate and hiring-manager service.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, interview feedback, and hiring metrics within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide hiring managers with market feedback regarding candidate availability, compensation expectations, competitive hiring activity, and recruiting challenges.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and time-to-fill.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the business and how individual roles contribute to organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an internal corporate recruiting environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions rather than specializing exclusively in one discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with hiring managers and influence recruiting decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar roles, functions, and candidate profiles.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
