Your New Company

Our client is a global leader in the beverage manufacturing sector, operating a state-of-the-art production and distribution facility in Kildare that supplies products throughout the EMEA region.

Reporting to the QC Manager and working within a close-knit team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products consistently meet the highest quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out in-house QC testing on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products
  • Perform routine laboratory testing including Brix, pH, turbidity and other analytical tests
  • Prepare standards and reference samples for production testing
  • Collect, review and maintain Certificates of Analysis
  • Maintain HACCP documentation, including CCP and OPRP records
  • Prepare samples for external laboratory analysis
  • Maintain, calibrate and verify laboratory equipment
  • Work closely with Production, Purchasing and Quality teams
  • Identify quality issues and recommend improvements
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualification in Science, Food Science, Chemistry or a related discipline
  • Ideally 2+ years' laboratory experience within the food manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
