The Role

• Manage and run a varied file load of defendant workers’ compensation and public liability matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• Work closely with senior practitioners on interesting and challenging insurance matters.
• Provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to junior lawyers while contributing to client relationship development.

About You

• You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ post-admission experience, including meaningful defendant workers’ compensation and public liability experience.
• You bring strong technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You enjoy mentoring and supervising junior lawyers, building client relationships and working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
