Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on server and storage infrastructure
- Strong proficiency with Windows (75% of role) and experience supporting Linux (20-25%)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as ESXi and OLVM (Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager)
- Knowledge of observability tools like Splunk or Grafana
- Shell scripting and Python proficiency
- Experience with incident management, patching, security compliance, and troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and storage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams and vendors
- SRE experience or background
- Storage management expertise (SAN/NAS/CAS)
- Familiarity with enterprise-level monitoring, automation, and self-healing infrastructure practices
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in infrastructure or systems administration roles
- Experience working within an Agile environment and IT Service Management frameworks
