We are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services organisation for an Assistant Manager – Technology & Transformation role based in the Cayman Islands. Responsibilities and Duties

As an Assistant Manager within Technology & Transformation, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of client engagements and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on Microsoft Azure architecture, cloud security, and operational controls.
  • Support clients across Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Conduct cloud security and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement practical solutions to optimise clients' technology environments.
  • Advise on cloud governance, risk mitigation, automation, and operational best practices.
  • Diagnose complex cloud-related issues and develop effective, business-focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality consulting services.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant Microsoft or cloud technology certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert.
  • A minimum of four years' consulting experience with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Cloud platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience conducting cloud risk assessments and implementing security best practices.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to analyse complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
