Site Manager

Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with top tier 2 head contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a Gold Coast based new build project circa $60M in value.

With an exceptional pipeline of secured work, you'll join a business delivering a combination of Design & Construct projects and its own premium developments, ensuring long-term project security and the opportunity to work on some of the region's most impressive residential builds.

• Take full site responsibility for a initial $60M new build project 
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers from commencement through to handover.

About You
To be considered, you must have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering new build projects.
• A strong background managing large subcontractor workforces and complex construction programmes.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and programme delivery.
• The ability to drive productivity while maintaining exceptional build standards.
