Senior Finance Business Partner

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a leading international consumer products business to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner to its Finance team in Istanbul.

The Türkiye operation is a lean and dynamic environment where Finance works closely with Sales, Marketing and other business functions. This is a commercially focused role for someone who enjoys understanding the business behind the numbers and contributing to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and other functions to support commercial decision-making.
• Analyse customer profitability, pricing, trade investment and promotional ROI.
• Support month-end close, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Co-lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting, challenging assumptions and improving accuracy.
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting to identify key business performance drivers.
• Support short, medium and long-term financial planning.
• Contribute to Türkiye legal entity compliance, banking activities and cash flow management.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or a similarly broad finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis experience.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English.
• FMCG, retail or consumer products experience would be advantageous, although other commercial industries will be considered.
• Exposure to SAP, BI tools, US GAAP or international environments would be beneficial.
