Apply direct- Act as the primary liaison between executives and Ministerial offices, managing requests and ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate the allocation, tracking and processing of Ministerial correspondence, including accurate record keeping.
- Monitor and communicate incoming Parliamentary Questions, briefing requests and urgent matters to key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, statistics and performance information against agreed service standards.
- Support the coordination of Ministerial advice, briefings and reporting for Parliamentary committees and hearings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Ministerial offices, government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, policy and governance requirements.
- Provide accurate, responsive and customer-focused support while managing competing priorities.
