Join a market-leading infrastructure operator delivering a strong pipeline of heavy rail track projects across WA.
With multiple rail upgrades and outloading projects coming online, this role is critical in driving projects from concept through to delivery, working alongside an established rail team of 30+.

The Role
  • Lead rail track project delivery across the full lifecycle (concept → design → execution)
  • Manage consultants – no design required, but provide strong technical direction
  • Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
  • Regular site exposure – DIDO travel across WA (surveying + delivery phases)
About You
  • 5–10 years’ experience in rail project delivery (client, contractor or consultant)
  • Strong understanding of track / heavy rail infrastructure
  • Familiar with ARC standards and requirements
  • Able to challenge design, ask the right questions and drive outcomes
