Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Cleveland, OH 44130
Pay: $17.50/hr
Shift: 7 AM to 7 PM Rotating schedule

Position Summary:
Nesco Resource is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our client’s team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and customer quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and process monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process and final inspections on cotton products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct quality testing using measurement tools and established procedures.
  • Document inspection results, nonconformities, and corrective actions accurately.
  • Support production teams by identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Maintain calibration records for inspection and test equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and management to uphold quality standards.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety rules, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers, scales, and gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting with standing, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs).
Schedule & Pay:
  • Full-time position with overtime as needed.
  • Shifts may vary depending on production needs (day/night shifts available).
