Financial Services Administrator | Dublin

My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a professional financial services team in Dublin.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial services administration, particularly across pensions, investments and wealth management, who is looking to progress their career within a professional advisory environment.

The role will involve:
• Supporting Financial Advisors with day-to-day client administration
• Preparing client reports and maintaining accurate client records
• Processing and tracking new business and client documentation
• Liaising with clients, advisors and financial service providers
• Supporting client reviews and ongoing account administration
• Ensuring documentation and processes meet regulatory requirements
• Managing multiple cases while maintaining a high level of accuracy

What we’re looking for:
• QFA qualified – essential
• 2+ years’ experience in financial services administration
• Experience in pensions, investments or wealth management
• Good understanding of the Irish financial services market
• Experience using provider platforms such as Irish Life, Zurich or Aviva
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong MS Office and IT skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
