Trainee Agri Graduate ( Clare )

FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Trainee Agri Graduate on behalf of a progressive agribusiness in County Clare.This is a full-time permanent role.

My client has been supporting the farming sector in the Leinster and Munster region for over 50 years and in that period the business has made an important contribution to the farming sector. This role would suit someone living close to Ennis.

This role does involve Saturday work and you will get a day off during week in lieu.

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the following duties.

• Provide advice & support to farmers on a wide range of farm inputs.
• Process telephone orders and working closely with the logistics team.
• Merchandising and Stock Control.
• Replenishing & ordering of stock.
• Working closely with the field-based team to process customer orders.
• Support the Branch Manager in the daily operation of the store.
• Support suppliers queries and assist in purchasing.
• Attend training courses when required.

Experience required.

• An interest or knowledge of farming.
• 3^rd Level Degree in Agriculture.
• Previous retail experience is a distinct advantage.
• Ambitious and keen to climb the career ladder.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
