Ceramic Core Duster

We are looking for 2nd and 3rd shift workers
This position pays $16.00 + 2.50 shift diff

Position Summary:
The Ceramic Core Duster is responsible for removing excess firing sand from ceramic cores using specialized blasting equipment while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, careful handling of fragile parts, and adherence to safety and production procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove excess firing sand from ceramic cores using a mini-pot blaster.
• Inspect parts for quality during the blasting process.
• Follow work instructions and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and complete end-of-shift reporting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.
• Ability to handle delicate components.
• Reliable attendance and good communication skills.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with elevated noise and temperature fluctuations.
• Position is primarily seated and requires close visual inspection of small parts.
