We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager to lead both immediate talent acquisition needs and the longer-term talent strategies that will support continued growth.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this newly created role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, talent management, workforce planning and retention. You'll help ensure the organisation has the people, pipelines and capability required to support significant growth across a predominantly trade and technical workforce. Your role is to shape how the organisation prepares for fluctuations in talent and is positioned to be an Employer of Choice as they grow and the market changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning and critical role identification.
- Design career pathways and talent development frameworks that support internal growth.
- Develop and implement retention strategies for critical and hard-to-find talent.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across technical, trade, corporate and leadership roles.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies ahead of demand.
- Analyse talent data, market trends and workforce insights to support decision-making.
- Build relationships with industry bodies, education providers and external talent networks.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and talent practices as the organisation continues to scale.
- Experience across talent management, succession planning and retention and talent acquisition.
- Strong workforce planning and strategic talent thinking capabilities.
- A proactive approach to anticipating talent needs rather than reacting to them.
- Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to use data and insights to inform talent decisions.
- A hands-on approach combined with the ability to think long term.
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial services or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
