Required Experience

  • 8+ years of construction industry experience.
  • Proven background in quality leadership, QA/QC management, or construction quality programs.
  • Experience leading project-level or regional quality initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, building systems, and risk management practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Equivalent industry experience may be considered.

Technical Expertise

  • QA/QC program management.
  • Project Quality Plans (PQP).
  • Definable Features of Work (DFOW).
  • Inspection and testing programs.
  • Construction risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Quality auditing and compliance.
  • Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Construction operations from preconstruction through closeout.

Leadership Competencies

  • Ability to influence senior operations and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across project teams and external partners.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Background

  • Lean Construction experience.
  • Broad knowledge of all major construction trades and construction phases.
  • Experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with legal, contractual, and risk-management considerations impacting project delivery.
