Shohri Strategy & Consulting
About Shohri
Shohri Strategy & Consulting is a strategy and transformation advisory firm established in
2023 to help organizations create meaningful, measurable impact. Shohri Thailand,
launched in April 2026, serves as the Southeast Asia headquarters of Shohri Strategy &
Consulting Co., Ltd., supporting clients across the region as they transform how they
operate, grow, and compete.
Our people bring experience from leading advisory firms and work together as a small,
highly capable team — collaborating across disciplines, without hierarchy or internal
politics, to solve complex business challenges. This lean, shoulder-to-shoulder structure
keeps us fast, realistic, and flexible, allowing us to combine industry insight, technology
knowledge, and practical execution to help clients move from strategy to results.
By bringing proven solutions and leading practices from Japan into Thailand and Southeast
Asia, and by partnering with technology providers locally and globally, we help clients build
future-ready capabilities that are practical, scalable, and sustainable.
Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for curious, practical, and collaborative people who enjoy working through
complex challenges with teammates and clients. You don't need every answer from day
one — just a learning mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to ask thoughtful
questions, structure problems clearly, and contribute hands-on to meaningful outcomes.
You'll thrive here if you enjoy working shoulder-to-shoulder in a small, entrepreneurial team
— one where hierarchy takes a back seat, ideas are welcomed regardless of title, and
everyone has the chance to make a visible impact. We move fast, stay realistic, and keep
things straightforward, with no politics slowing us down. We value people who stay
composed amid ambiguity and are excited to help Shohri grow through delivery, proposals,
and knowledge sharing.
