Nesco Resource is now hiring for Foam and Fiber Gluer positions at a facility in Conover, NC.

Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking experienced Foam and Fiber Gluers to join a furniture manufacturing team. This role is responsible for applying adhesive to foam, fiber, and fabric components to assemble high-quality products such as cushions and upholstered pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply liquid adhesive using spray guns to bond foam, fiber, and fabric materials
• Assemble components for furniture products such as cushions and seating
• Ensure proper alignment and adhesion for quality and durability
• Inspect materials and finished pieces to meet quality standards
• Maintain spray equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition
• Follow all safety procedures when handling adhesives and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a foam/fiber gluer or in a similar upholstery/manufacturing role REQUIRED
• Experience using spray guns and working with adhesives
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay:

15.00 -16.00 hr

Shift:

1st Shift
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
