This opportunity sits within a phone-based customer service team responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service to clients across NSW and ACT. This opportunity sits within a phone-based customer service team responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service to clients across NSW and ACT. - Work Monday to Friday, between 6:30am – 5:30pm (38 hours per week)
- $37.13 p/h + super + applicable penalty rates

Role overview:
- Manage inbound calls and emails, responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate service requests and assist with enquiries relating to faults or disruptions
- Accurately update and maintain records within an online system
- Complete general administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment
- Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on customer care
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
- High attention to detail and a results-focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously when required
