Warehouse Clerk- Temporary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support shipping and overall warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately processing shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting receiving, stocking, and kitting activities.

Location: Painesville, Ohio — Onsite, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hourly rate: $19.00

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and process domestic and international shipments.

• Verify quantities, documentation, and customer requirements.

• Schedule carrier pickups and load shipments for delivery.

• Process shipping documentation and invoices.

• Assist with receiving, stocking, kitting, and cycle counts.

• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies or damaged materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and support other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• 6+ months of warehouse or shipping experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping/inventory systems.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Basic math skills and ability to read work instructions and procedures.

• Willingness to operate a forklift and complete required training.

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.
