The Role
You will work on a broad mix of litigation matters, including:
- Commercial litigation disputes
- Estate and probate litigation
- General civil litigation matters
- Client advisory, negotiation and dispute resolution
- Court appearances and matter management
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2–5 years PAE in litigation
- Experience in commercial litigation or estate litigation (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and a genuine desire to grow your career in litigation
- The ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively within a team
