Senior Contract Administrator – Residential / Multi-Residential
Up to $130,000 + Super | Site & Office | Career Progression
This is an opportunity to join a team led by young, driven leaders who are focused on delivering quality projects, building a strong culture and developing the people around them.
The Opportunity:
You will be involved in approximately $20 million worth of townhouse developments, comprising townhouses across two sites.
While these are residential projects, they are being managed with a commercial project mindset, giving you exposure to a high level of contractual, procurement and project administration.
The role will suit an experienced residential CA who is ready to operate autonomously, as well as a young and hungry CA looking to take the next step towards full project accountability.
There is also strong potential for Tier 3 commercial projects to come online in the new year, providing an opportunity for the right person to broaden their experience and potentially transition into a commercial CA role in the medium term.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the commercial and contractual delivery of the projects, including:
- Managing quotations, purchase orders and subcontractor contracts
- Reviewing and processing supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Assisting with project cost control and procurement
- Supporting the Site Manager to maintain and push the construction program
- Staying ahead of project requirements and ensuring the site team has what it needs to keep progressing
- Reviewing contractual requirements and identifying potential issues early
- Assisting with progress claims and project reporting
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
- Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Making decisions and taking action without waiting to be instructed
- Taking increasing ownership of project administration and commercial outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in residential construction, ideally with townhouse or multi-residential experience
- Commercially minded and highly organised
- Diligent with contracts, purchase orders, quotations and invoices
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
- Confident making decisions and taking ownership
- Sharp, responsive and able to keep pace with a driven Site Manager
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in developing their career rather than simply maintaining the status quo
