What You Will Do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project control plans for decarbonisation projects spanning renewable energy, carbon capture, and sustainable infrastructure.
• Monitor project performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators that support executive decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements in project controls.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in project controls, project management, or a similar role within large-scale infrastructure, energy, or decarbonisation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost management software.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in renewable energy, carbon capture technology, or sustainability initiatives.
• Familiarity with DEI (Decarbonisation, Energy Transition, Innovation) policies and standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and funding mechanisms in decarbonisation projects.
• Advanced certifications in project controls or project management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project controls, with at least 3 years focused on decarbonisation or energy transition projects.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and stakeholder meetings.
• Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., AACE International, PMI) are highly desirable.
