This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium food retailer working alongside the Store Manager to lead a busy, high-performing store. What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in bringing the store to life, leading from the front and helping create an environment where both customers and team members feel valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy retail operation.
• Leading, motivating and developing a large team to achieve their best.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and sharing your passion for food.
• Maintaining high standards across merchandising, presentation and store operations.
• Driving team performance, commercial results and operational efficiency.
• Creating a positive, energetic team culture where people enjoy coming to work.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, food or another customer-focused environment.
• A natural ability to lead from the front, motivate others and build strong team relationships.
• A genuine interest in food, cooking, fresh produce and quality products.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on standards and service.
