We are delighted to be working with an ambitious property investment company to find them an enthusiastic Junior Property Acquisitions Executive to join their dynamic team in South Woodford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property, working closely alongside some of the industry’s leading individuals and gaining genuine hands-on experience sourcing investment opportunities.
You must be personable, resilient, and able to work calmly and professionally under pressure. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and self-motivated approach and a genuine interest in working within the property sector. Previous experience within the property industry is preferred but not required.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying new properties for the business to acquire, both online and in person
- Sourcing property investment opportunities from developers, national house builders, banks, auctioneers, agents and administrators
- Building and maintaining new relationships and developing an understanding of what makes a good property investment
- Valuing properties and preparing reports as required
- Arranging property viewings and survey appointments
- Handling day to day operations and assisting team members across the business
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Producing reports, presentations and briefs, and maintaining accurate office filing systems
- £25,000 Basic Salary
- Extensive structured training, shadowing senior business development representatives and the Managing Director across your first twelve weeks
- High degrees of autonomy and the opportunity to contribute new ideas as the business expands
