IT Security Compliance Analyst (PCI DSS Support)

A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is seeking an experienced IT Security Compliance Analyst (PCI DSS Support). This is long term project and strong Japanese skills are preferred, as most of the internal coordination requires Japanese language skill.

Responsibilities:
- Create, collect, review, and submit evidence required for PCI DSS assessments
- Coordinate meetings with external assessors (QSA) and internal stakeholders
- Support Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) activities with outsourced vendors
- Attend and support penetration testing activities
- Track and follow up on vulnerabilities identified through scans and assessments
- Assist with SOX-related evidence collection and review
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
- Support IT governance and compliance activities across relevant systems and processes
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, application, audit, procurement, and vendor teams
- Provide status updates and follow-through on compliance-related action items

Required  Skills:
- 3~5+ years of technical work experience
- General IT knowledge across infrastructure, applications, and operations
- Basic understanding of IT security and information security concepts
- Basic knowledge of PCI DSS (expert-level knowledge is not required)
- Ability to coordinate tasks, collect evidence, and manage documentation accurately
- Japanese language proficiency suitable for business communication with internal stakeholders and vendors

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
