A major global insurance company headquartered in Europe is seeking an IT Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Support overall optimization through prioritization of project portfolios and preparation of internal reports
- Responsible for project initiation and planning, including defining objectives and benefits, managing schedules, costs, and risks, and selecting solutions
- Project execution and completion
- Drive project success through progress management, issue resolution, team building, performance evaluation, and sharing lessons learned
- Assess business requirements, select optimal solutions, create development plans, implement quality improvement initiatives, and transition deliverables to IT operations
- Vendor Management: Ensure quality and deadlines through overall development progress management, deliverable reviews, and collaboration with vendors
- System Incident and Inquiry Support (mainly post-release): Assist as PM in impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, and user support during incidents

-Required Skills:
- Data analysis skills, schedule management, 5+ years of development and vendor management experience, flexible communication and team-building skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects, hands-on experience with agile development, and full SDLC experience from requirements definition through design, development, and testing
- Web application development
- Development using relational databases
- Implementation and development of cloud services
- Introduction of test automation
- Maintenance and operations, including incident handling at client sites

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00　
Working Style: Hybrid (daily office attendance is required for the first few months.
After that, the office will be open 1-2 days a week. Days in the office may change depending on the situation)
