Country Finance Officer - Engineering Services (Jakarta)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of multinational company in Engineering Services. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 20 years’ experience in finance in multinational company for the job of Country Finance Officer. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: 

• Responsible to oversee all company accounts and investments. 
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
• Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants
• Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, reconciled and reported on time internally and externally
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
• Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance, or related field with at least 20 years’ experience in testing and inspection services and project, in multinational company
• More than 20 years of finance experience in Oil & Gas services, Renewable Energy, Mining, Mining Services, Petrochemical or Refinery, preferably with remote jobsite experience and international experience would also be an advantage
• CPA or CMA Preferred
• 15+ years of experience in a business or finance environment
• Strong commercial orientation with an ability to understand customer requirements and conceptualize those into a commercial proposal outline
• Skilled at developing and implementing labour contracts
