Description
As the Total Rewards Manager, you will be part of the Centre of Excellence within the Total Rewards function. You will help shape and deliver group-wide rewards initiatives, from policies and frameworks to processes, guidelines and best practices. Working closely with HR teams and business stakeholders, you will play an important role in ensuring rewards programmes are practical, consistent and aligned with the organisation’s people strategy and long-term roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of a broad range of Total Rewards activities, including job evaluation, market survey participation, compensation and benefits benchmarking, pay proposal preparation, pay range development and rewards-related analysis.
- Lead the annual compensation cycle from end to end, including salary review, bonus planning and budgeting processes.
- Lead or support group-wide Total Rewards projects such as pay structure benchmarking, benefits review, programme design and rewards framework development.
- Work closely with entity HR teams, business leaders and colleagues across the group to ensure Total Rewards programmes are implemented smoothly and effectively.
- Provide practical advice and recommendations to improve rewards processes and programmes in line with the organisation’s direction and rewards philosophy.
- Use data and analysis to support clear proposals and recommendations, helping the organisation maintain competitive and effective rewards programmes.
- Keep up to date with market trends, regulatory developments and local requirements to ensure rewards programmes remain relevant, competitive and compliant.
What You'll Need
- Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Solid Total Rewards knowledge, including market benchmark research, job evaluation, bonus planning, flexible benefits and related rewards practices.
- A collaborative team player who takes ownership and enjoys working with different stakeholders.
- Self-driven, agile and comfortable working independently in situations where priorities may evolve.
- Clear communication, influencing and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A positive, hands-on approach and the resilience to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- A recognised university degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record in Total Rewards.
- Experience leading or managing Total Rewards projects from planning through to delivery.
- Experience in regional, group-level or consultancy environments would be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are a must
